this is 80s day:

 lindsey & abby: 

sometimes carolyn & i get bored at lunch & take pictures of each other.

she looked awesome on 80s day!

 one day jesse took me out to eat after school

 & then antique shopping!

 THEN the weekend came & i got to babysit for the Mannings again!

poor baby was sad & then fell asleep shortly & was sad again : (

anyway Lucas & i had a great time 

eating pizza

laughing

finger bowling

laughing more

playing with rocket balloons!!

reading books to audrey while she stared at us

laughing again

& 3D COLORING!!

 ^ baby temporarily asleep. so precious.

ipod story 5

first, in regards to my previous post, 

i forgot to take pictures with the lovely caitlin, 

but it was still a really great time!

she got her bangs cut & here is a creeper photo of her 

taken from facebook:

she is also a friend of mine at school in Madison!

now onto my ipod's experience.

this was that fateful day of our first snowfall.

(i changed the contrast to you couldn't tell how much a paid..

i'll just tell you anyway 3.49!! WHAT WAS I DOING?

i drove around later only to find i had paid 20 cents more per gallon

than every single other gas station that day. fail.)

 SO GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TO RUSS

no it wasn't his birthday...

no it wasn't elliot's birthday...

HE GOT A F U L L SCHOLORSHIP TO Y A L E ! !

AND I CAN'T EVEN SPELL SCHOLARSHIP!

this is what nerdy people get for each other when they

have a nerdy accomplishment:

yeah so anyway our friend elliot & i took him out for dinner to celebrate the good news

and great accomplishment. we are so proud.

(um yeah also elliot got a full ride to madison..)

im just penny i guess.

(big bang theory anyone?)

want to know something suuper embarrassing?

i was the only one who finished eating... never expected that...

in my defense i had a small plate of ravioli!!

then guess what i did the next day....

 SUSHI WITH MARY!

oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah 

it was yummy & so fun!

mary is a lot of great things but mostly she's smart.

she likes asking about my future & helping me with decisions.

she's wise & has a lot of good advice to give.

(and i mean she likes sushi so pretty much she's the best!)

christmas time!

Christmas might be my favorite time of year.

& that's a recent decision because i usually can't make up my mind, 

because i really like all times of the year.

(except summer... too hot!)

anyway

this christmas we only had a couple people over (like usual actually)

& it ended up being really fun.

some of my favorite gifts were...

the boots on the left are the ones i've been waaaaiting for! i love them!

the dress on the right is from the ever so lovely carolyn duff. she knows me so well!

next, from my two sisters, i got this really cute dress & my favorite shampoo!

pretty much made my life (oh & there was a 4th bag but i kinda ate it).

(ok, you caught me, the purse isn't real, but who really cares. not this girl)

yeah so this gift was for maggie, but i love it so much i had to include it.

it's soooo sweet!!

girl's night

tonight was

g i r l s n i g h t ! ! 

first a big group of girls from work went out for fro yo at yo mamas!!

in case you haven't already realized this, i kind of love frozen yogurt.

then a few of us got pizza, my one true love.

this is my friend abby... 

yeah we were REALLY excited about that pizza.

abby decided to get really dressed up today and wore a super cute outfit while

christina & i felt shlumpy. we decided to treat abby like a princess & so we bought her

greasy pizza and cheesy bread.  

and this is christina : )

christina is quiet but so funny & i love hanging out with her!

she's also so much fun to work with because we share similar humor & laugh at the same things.

anyway.

a couple of nights ago i took jesse to one of my favorite restaurants

in MKE.

i loved it...

 & he loved it.

who doesn't enjoy a hot bowl of real chili?

then we got dessert at the nearest convenient store (see fabulous dessert below)

after that, we took short walk to my sister's apartment!

she loves me so much she even fed me pomegranate!

1. time with family. i loved this thanksgiving because i did absolutely nothing with the people i love. that felt good. below is one of these people:
