ok not banana candy that's actually very gross.

anyway.

this is maggie not enjoying the whipped cream i put on her banana. what's wrong with her?! : )

a couple of nights ago i took jesse to one of my favorite restaurants

in MKE.

i loved it...

 & he loved it.

who doesn't enjoy a hot bowl of real chili?

then we got dessert at the nearest convenient store (see fabulous dessert below)

after that, we took short walk to my sister's apartment!

she loves me so much she even fed me pomegranate!

catching up on what matters

nothing largely significant has happened in my life lately, 

just many little things.

i like it this way. : )

first, carolyn had an apple the size of her head at lunch this week 

(actually, multiple times this week).

then we had a baking party...

we made cookies for lauren's birthday!

props to carolyn, this was all her idea.

i finished off this crazy week with a dinner date!

my friend jennifer always makes me laugh.

we reminisced about all of our old inside jokes from when we were both in 

high school together and had a great time eating STIR CRAZY!

mmmm.
